How Zelle trades work with KrabX

Every Zelle trade follows a clear, repeatable process so you know what happens before any money moves, regardless of whether you’re buying BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, or another supported asset.

1

Open chat & specify Zelle

Tell us what you want to do (buy or sell), which asset (for example Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin or Monero (XMR), the amount, and that you plan to use Zelle as the payment method.

2

Complete verification & get a quote

New customers complete a one-time ID check through SumSub. Once you’re verified and we understand your use case, we provide a live quote for your chosen asset and confirm any limits or conditions before funds are sent.

3

Send or receive Zelle & settle the trade

For buyers, you send a Zelle transfer from your own bank account and KrabX sends the agreed crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, etc.) to your self-custody wallet. For sellers, we receive your crypto and send a Zelle back to an account in your name/business name.

What kind of Zelle trades can I do?

Zelle is typically best for fast trades, whether you need just $100, or $5,000. Each bank has different limits.

Buying crypto with Zelle

Most clients use Zelle to buy crypto such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin and Monero. Zelle is a good fit for first-time trades, regular top-ups, or situations where a fast, simple bank-to-bank payment is preferred.

Selling crypto for Zelle payouts

KrabX can send Zelle payouts when you sell assets like BTC, ETH, USDT, or LTC to us. For many larger payouts we would recommend a bank transfer via Same Day ACH or Wire, since Zelle has transfer limits.

How Zelle works with different assets

KrabX is a non-custodial OTC desk. We trade from our own inventory and support multiple assets, with limits and availability based on risk, liquidity, and your banking situation.

BTC, ETH, USDT & LTC

Our core Zelle flow covers Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC) and Monero (XMR). You can buy these with Zelle from accounts in your name, or alternatively sell them back to KrabX for Zelle payouts.

Other supported assets

If you'd like to purchase a different crypto that hasn't been listed, feel free to reach out to KrabX. We are willing to accommodate buying/selling of lesser accepted cryptocurrencies like Solana (SOL) and ZCash (ZEC). An additonal fee may apply.

When Zelle is not a fit

For larger tickets, business activity, or situations where your bank is sensitive to Zelle volume or crypto-related notes, we may recommend domestic wire or Cash by Mail instead. Our priority is keeping both your banking and ours stable over the long term.

Zelle rules we follow

  • Account must match your KYC. We only accept Zelle from bank accounts in your legal name, or in the name of a business you have verified with us.
  • No third-party senders or payouts. We do not accept or send Zelle on behalf of friends, relatives, investors, or unknown third parties, even if the trade involves popular assets like BTC, ETH, USDT, or LTC.
Zelle is a service of participating banks. KrabX does not own or operate Zelle and is not affiliated with Early Warning Services, LLC. Only use Zelle in line with your bank’s terms and applicable law. If your bank restricts Zelle for business or crypto activity, we may recommend alternative payment methods.

Quick questions

Do I have to complete KYC to use Zelle with KrabX?
Yes. All Zelle users complete a one-time ID check through SumSub. This lets us meet KYC/AML requirements, confirm your state of residence, and verify that the bank account you’re using for Zelle is actually yours.
What sizes are appropriate for Zelle trades?
KrabX is willing to support any size trade for Zelle, however typically most banks restrict Zelle to $500 - $5,000 per daily send. You can send larger amounts by sending from multiple bank accounts (in your own name/business name).
Can I use Zelle from a business account?
Yes, just simply specify that you'd like to send the zelle payment from your business account and we'll walk you through a quick 1-time verification. Once you've completed verification you will be good to send zelles from that business for all future trades.
Do you offer guaranteed returns or managed investments?
No. KrabX is an OTC trading desk that facilitates buy and sell transactions only. We do not offer managed accounts, guaranteed returns, or investment schemes. If someone is promising returns and telling you to send Zelle to buy Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other asset, talk to us first — we’d rather help you avoid a scam.
