Buy & Sell Crypto with Domestic Wire Transfers in the USA
Use domestic bank wire transfers as a payment method to buy or sell crypto like Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC) through KrabX. Trades are non-custodial and settled from our own inventory directly to wallets you control.
Serving eligible U.S. customers outside New York and jurisdictions where our services are not permitted or would require licensing we do not hold.
How wire transfer trades work with KrabX
Every wire transfer trade follows a clear process so you know what happens before any funds move, whether you’re buying BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, or another supported asset.
Open chat & choose your payment method
Tell us what you want to do (buy or sell), which asset (for example Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or Litecoin), the amount, and that you plan to use a domestic wire transfer.
Verification & bank details
All wire transfer customers complete a one-time ID check through SumSub so we can meet KYC/AML requirements and link you to your bank account. For larger or higher-risk trades, we may ask basic source-of-funds questions. Once cleared, we provide a live quote and share our beneficiary bank details and your wire reference in writing.
Send or receive the wire & settle the trade
For buys, you send a domestic wire from a bank account in your name (or your verified business). When funds are received and cleared, KrabX sends your chosen asset (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, etc.) directly to your self-custody wallet. For eligible sells, we receive your crypto, complete risk checks, and then send a domestic wire back to your verified bank account.
What kind of wire transfer trades can I do?
Wire transfers are typically used for larger, more formal trades where you and your bank want a clear, auditable record of the payment method.
Buying crypto with wire transfers
Many clients use domestic wires to buy Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and Litecoin in higher amounts than they would be comfortable sending via Zelle. Wires are a strong fit for personal or business purchases where you want a bank-recorded transfer into a known OTC desk.
Selling crypto for wire transfer payouts
KrabX can also convert your crypto into USD and send domestic wire payouts back to a bank account in your name. This is often the preferred payment method for larger or recurring withdrawals, especially for business customers or higher-volume traders.
How wire transfers work with different assets
KrabX is a non-custodial OTC desk. We trade from our own inventory and support multiple assets, with limits and availability based on risk, liquidity, and your banking situation.
BTC, ETH, USDT & LTC
We offer Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC) and other coins. You can buy these with domestic wires sent from accounts in your name, or sell them and receive domestic wire payouts, subject to our risk and size limits.
Other supported assets
If you'd like to purchase a different crypto that hasn't been listed, feel free to reach out to KrabX. We are willing to accommodate buying/selling of lesser accepted cryptocurrencies like Solana (SOL). An additonal fee may apply.
When wire transfers are not a fit
For very small trades, or in situations where your bank is sensitive to frequent wires, we may recommend alternative payment methods such as Zelle or Cash by Mail. Our priority is keeping both your banking and ours stable over the long term.
Want a step-by-step example?
Our “Buy Bitcoin with Wire Transfer” guide walks through a full example trade. The same structure applies when you buy Ethereum, USDT, or Litecoin with a wire — only the asset and amount change.
Wire transfer rules we follow
- Account must match your KYC. We only accept and send wires involving bank accounts in your legal name, or in the name of a business you have verified with us.
- No third-party wires or payouts. We do not accept or send wires on behalf of friends, relatives, investors, or unknown third parties, even if the trade involves popular assets like BTC, ETH, USDT, or LTC.
- Banks may review or hold wires. Domestic wires are processed by your bank and any correspondent banks involved. KrabX cannot control bank processing times, holds, or compliance reviews, but we provide clear instructions and credit funds promptly once wires are received and released to us.
